RETURN POLICY 

We will happily accept return requests for your regularly priced merchandise purchased at Anuschkaleather.com within 30 days of receipt. (Returns are only accepted for new, unworn products with all original packing materials, tags, and accessories). 

Return requests for sale items must be made within 15 days of receipt. (No exceptions) 

Any Used, Final Sale, or Last Chance items are not eligible for return. 

If you have purchased your Anuschka products from another retailer, please contact them directly for any exchanges or returns. 

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange your item, you may simply return your unused product within your return period for a refund/credit and place a new order. 

Before you return, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique. The artwork and colors may vary slightly, and small imperfections in the leather and painting are completely normal. Differences in color and feel are features of beautiful quality leather products. As the leather ages it will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your leather products. 

How to start a Return:  

The quickest way to start a return is to 

  • Find your ca.anuschkaleather.com order number (e.g. WBCA1211) 
  • Note the item # you wish to return or a brief description of the item.  
  • A brief reason why (e.g. too small)

  • A Return Authorization and return instructions will be emailed to you for eligible items.  
  • Return authorizations are processed M-F from 10-4 EST (excluding Holidays) 
  • Select a trackable, insured shipping method of your choice for your return. Anuschka is not responsible for return shipping costs.  

All products must be returned with a return authorization and include all original packaging materials, tags, and accessories for a refund/credit. Any returns without a return authorization will cause delays or possible loss.  

Return processing usually takes 5-7 business days after receipt of your package. You will be refunded to your original form of payment or an Anuschka Gift Card. Outbound shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
